Landiv, the Florida-based commercial waste removal and recovery company focused on same-day pickup, landfill diversion, and audit-ready ESG reporting, has secured an undisclosed capital raise to accelerate growth across operations, technology, and market expansion. Landiv currently positions itself around same-day commercial pickup, chain-of-custody tracking, recovery routing, and no-contract service for warehouses, retailers, distributors, and other commercial facilities.

The funding will be used to expand Landiv’s operational footprint, strengthen its vetted hauler network, invest in customer-facing tracking and reporting systems, and increase capacity for commercial clients looking for a faster, more transparent alternative to traditional waste vendors. On its site, Landiv emphasizes same-day removal, documented diversion outcomes, asset recovery, and full visibility from pickup to final disposition.

Landiv was built around a simple idea: commercial facilities need more than just removal. They need speed when materials pile up, confidence in where loads actually end up, and a better financial and environmental outcome than sending everything straight to landfill. That is especially true for excess inventory, returns, bulk waste, fixtures, unsellable product, and other material streams that still carry recovery or diversion value. This framing aligns with Landiv’s stated mission to help facilities move waste, returns, and excess inventory faster, more transparently, and more responsibly.

“This raise gives us the ability to scale the model the right way,” said founder of Landiv. “We’re building the infrastructure for a new kind of commercial removal partner — one that moves fast, documents everything, prioritizes landfill diversion, and recovers value wherever possible. For our customers, that means fewer delays, more visibility, and a smarter downstream outcome.”

According to the company, the new capital will support four priority areas over the next 12 months:

1. Operational expansion
Landiv plans to grow pickup capacity and deepen service coverage for commercial accounts that need fast response for warehouse cleanouts, excess inventory, returns, and ongoing bulk removal.

2. Technology and reporting
The company will continue building out its tracking, documentation, and ESG reporting systems so customers have a clearer chain of custody and cleaner audit-ready data tied to each pickup.

3. Recovery and diversion infrastructure
Landiv will invest further in routing capabilities across resale, donation, recycling, and responsible disposal channels in order to maximize recovery and reduce landfill dependency.

4. Team growth
The company expects to add personnel across operations, customer success, partner management, and enterprise sales as demand increases.

Landiv’s positioning comes at a time when retailers, distributors, and facility operators are under more pressure to reduce waste, respond faster to operational bottlenecks, and prove what happened to material after it leaves the building. Landiv’s website already leans hard into that gap, highlighting same-day pickup, chain-of-custody visibility, diversion reporting, and recovery-focused routing.

Unlike traditional vendors that treat every pickup as a disposal event, Landiv is building around a broader model: remove quickly, track every load, and route materials toward the highest-value responsible outcome. That may mean liquidation, donation, recycling, or disposal depending on the material stream, risk profile, and customer objectives. That recovery-first framing also shows up repeatedly across the company’s About and Services pages.

“This is not just growth capital for more trucks and pickups, It’s growth capital for a better system. Customers want same-day execution, but they also want proof, accountability, and smarter decisions about where material goes. That’s what we’re scaling.”

The company says the raise will also help it pursue larger regional and multi-site accounts while continuing to serve local and fast-moving commercial needs from its Jacksonville base. Landiv lists Jacksonville as a core location on the site and markets itself as Florida-based, with services tailored for warehouses, stores, offices, and distribution centers.

As Landiv expands, the company says its core promise will remain the same: fast commercial removal, verified diversion, transparent reporting, and value recovery when possible.

For facilities dealing with piling bulk waste, excess product, or urgent warehouse cleanouts, Landiv aims to become the first call — not just because it can move quickly, but because it can show exactly what happened after pickup.
